Lifecycle Wellness & Birth Center will be closing its doors in early 2026 after 47 years of dedicated service. For decades, they have been a source of care, guidance, and support for thousands of families, and their absence will be deeply felt in our community.
The closure of a long-standing birth center can feel overwhelming, especially if you were planning to give birth there. You are likely now wondering:
- Where can I safely give birth?
- Can I still have personalized, midwifery-led care?
- How do I transition my prenatal care to a new provider?
These are important questions, and you are not alone in facing them.
We want to assure you that safe, personalized care is still available. Roberta Devers of Mountain Laurel Midwifery, brings over 30 years of midwifery experience and has supported more than 1,500 births.
Mountain Laurel Midwifery offers prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care tailored to each family’s needs and preferences.
